Black regions in difference images are bad/saturated pixels.
At the bottom of each frame are the seeing; Julian day of observation;
number of raw candidates extracted before any vetting;
number of candidates following machined-learned vetting with a
RealBogus score of > 0.73. This corresponds to a false-positive rate of
< 1%.
Each image is the size of a PTF CCD footprint:
≈ 34′ × 69′.
